Hi. Normally I would have just gone to your shop a long time ago to talk to you about this but I've been busy and just found your website... Around christmas my grandfather purchased a book entitled "The only astrology book you will ever need" and an entire section (on the ascendant signs) was torn out. I'm just curious as to why you are selling damaged items in the first place, and if it were possible to get a refund. I'm asking through here because i am not interested in going there just to not be accommodated. If you cannot do a refund, for future reference, double check your items before you waste someone else's time and money, thanks.
Hi Chelsea;
I remember you coming in with your grandfather. Wow, a whole section of the the book was ripped out?!
When I receive items from the publisher, I assume that they are in good order unless I notice something out of the ordinary. My apologies for missing that.

As I am not able to return the book to the publisher due to the time that has passed since the sale, I would be pleased to offer you an instore credit.

I am open by appointment during the summer, give me a call if you have some time this month or stop by in September when I resume regular hours.

Again, my apologies.
